INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 can ( 6 oz ) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and divided
  • 2 tablespoons additional sugar, optional

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; add the eggs.
  2. Combine flour and baking soda; add to the creamed mixture alternately with 1/3 cup of lemonade concentrate. Mix well.
  3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 8 minutes or until set.
  4. Brush with remaining lemonade concentrate; Sprinkle with additional sugar.
