• 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker pie crust
  • 14 oz can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup key lime juice
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 8 oz tub fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed


  1. In a large bowl, beat together condensed milk and lime juice. Fold in whipped topping and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Freeze until firm.
  3. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving for easier slicing.
