Chicken Brown Rice Salad

Prep Time: 40 minutes


½ cup chopped green onions

½ cup diced red bell pepper

½ cup minced Parsley

1 cup Cauliflower

1 cup Birds Eye frozen, petite peas

1 cup Hidden Valley Original Ranch – Organic Dressing

1 ½ cups diced, cooked Chicken

2 cups cooked Best Yet Brown Rice

2 medium Tomatoes – stems removed, diced

4 ounces cubed Crystal Farms Swiss Cheese


Cook rice according to package directions and cool. In a large bowl, combine the ingredients

together with the dressing and toss until well coated.

Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
